My Story
Hello! I’m Lurissa. If you haven’t met me yet, I’m a Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Aesthetics. I’m a happily married, proud momma of three wild and wonderful boys. I’ve been a nurse for 9 years and in the medical field for 17, with a broad background ranging from Echocardiography, Neonatal ICU, and Pediatrics to teaching clinical for the University of Toledo College of Nursing (to name a few).
I am enrolled in the School of Applied Functional Medicine and trained in Neuroplasticity and Reiki— two powerful tools that help me support clients not just on the outside, but on the inside too, where true healing begins. It’s so clear that every part of my journey has led me exactly to where I’m meant to be — blending my love for art, my passion for science, and my heart for education all into one beautiful purpose.
